4. Breakfast Helps You Stay Healthy

There are several studies which prove that eating breakfast helps maintain overall health. Men who skip breakfast are at a higher risk for hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol and diabetes.

Generally speaking, people who make the time and effort to eat a healthy breakfast are more conscious of their health and how their daily choices affect it. Maybe that’s because it’s easier to care about your wellbeing on a full stomach!

5. It May Help You Lose Weight

Based on current research, people who skip breakfast are more likely be overweight. Researchers have found that skipping breakfast may trick your brain into craving high calorie foods. When combined with the filling effects of a healthy breakfast, it makes sense that it can help you in your weight loss journey.
