Summary

The Acne No More is an ebook which focuses on a more hollistic treatment of acne. Building on proper diet and nutrition, this book can help you get on a better meal plan, but we are not so sure about the actual treatment of acne.

What is Acne No More?

This Acne No More review will give you an insight into this product, which is available for download all over the internet. Many people believe that it’s a scam, but we’re here to give you the inside scoop on what you can expect from the product!

Acne No More is a book that promises to help you find relief from the acne plaguing your life. It offers practical tips and advice to deal with acne outbreaks, helps you change your diet to promote a healthy, acne-free lifestyle, and teaches you what you can do to avoid acne. It’s a simple book, and yet it comes with all the information you need to know!

The Mind Behind the Product: Mike Walden

The author of the program is a man named Mike Walden, a man who doesn’t seem to exist. He has a Twitter page (@Acne_no_More), but that’s the extent of his digital footprint. I spent quite a while trying to find any proof that Mike Walden is an actual person, but it seems to be more of a fictional persona or pen name than anything else.

So, this leaves me asking the question: what makes Mike Walden the authority on acne that he needs to be to write this book? Does he know what he’s talking about or not? Never a good thing when you can’t find out about the creator of a product like this!

A Look at Acne No More

Acne No More is a book that’s meant to help you deal with your acne problems. Not only can it help you to get rid of any current acne outbreaks, but the content of the book is supposed to teach your what you need to know about preventing pimples in the future.

Basically, the book is divided into 5 Main “Pillars”:

Cleansing and Flushing

Many experts will agree that toxins are a huge cause of skin problems, and acne is just one of the things that are the result of excess toxin buildup in the body.

Toxins slow down circulation, reduce the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the body, and can lead to an increase cellular turnover rate. They can also interfere with the healthy production and dispersion of the hormones needed to keep your body balanced.

Acne is often the result of hormonal imbalances, so getting rid of toxins and balancing out your hormones can be an effective way of restoring healthy skin function.

This first pillar of the book focuses on flushing all of the toxins from your body, doing a detoxifying fast/cleanse. The book gives you a number of options to consider for cleansing your body, helping you to get your internal functions back in order–the first step toward getting rid of your acne!

Nutrition and Supplementation

Eating right is the key to fighting off acne. If you eat foods that are very oily, which have very little nutritional value, and which are very processed or artificial, you are filling your body with fats, toxins, and excess sugar. All of these things lead to the formation of acne, so it’s essential that you start eating the right foods to keep your body balanced.

The book teaches you how to eat in a way that you can get rid of existing acne and prevent future outbreaks. In addition to the food you eat, you’ll also learn about a few supplements you can take to get rid of your acne problems.

There are a number of healthy options that you should consider – both as a topical treatment and as an oral remedy. They can help you to deal with acne the natural way.

Detoxification Diet Plan

You’ll not only need to eat foods that will help to fight acne, but you’ll need to continue to detoxify your body even after the initial cleanse/detox phase has passed. It can actually be quite difficult to get rid of toxins on a standard American diet, but that’s why you’ll learn how to change your eating habits.

This means eating more natural, raw foods – fruits, veggies, seeds, and nut – -all the while cutting back on foods that promote the formation and spread of toxins in your body – artificial, processed, refined, and sugary foods. By the end of this “pillar”, you’ll learn everything you need to know about how to have a healthy diet.

Stress Control and Sleep Optimization

Stress is one of the major contributing factors to acne. When you are stressed, your body produces a lot of the stress hormone cortisol. This hormone throws off the delicate hormonal balance in your body, leading to the imbalances that promote acne growth. By managing your stress, you reduce the chances of acne outbreaks.

Sleeping properly every night is another important key to skin health. If you don’t sleep well, your body cannot make repairs to the skin that has been damaged by pollution and toxins throughout the day. By improving the quality of your sleep, you boost skin health and fight off acne.

Natural (external) Skin Care Plan

With this skin care plan, you are learning a simple 30-minute routine that will help you to not only get rid of the acne itself, but also all of the other symptoms – including scarring, redness, peeling, and dryness. With just a few minutes per day, you’ll be able to promote healthy, fresh skin.

“It’s possible that the Acne No More eBook does work, simply because there’s no research to prove it doesn’t. But there is also no research to prove it does, and the lack of research into the safety of the Acne No More system makes it very hard to recommend under any circumstances.” – Brad Chase

There is a wealth of information in the Acne No More book that you will have to discover for yourself, but at least you have a general idea of what it contains.

What We Think of Acne No More

Overall, the program does look like a pretty good option to help you deal with your acne. There is a lot of sound advice in the book, and though it may be hard to follow through, the advice it contains can be useful for dealing with acne.

However acne can be a difficult issue to overcome and this book doesn’t even begin to cover the harder aspects of the health problem that acne is. Sure, a good diet will help you clear acne, but it doesn’t always make it go away.

What We Love

The Natural Treatment

Instead of promoting the use of medications or ointments, the Acne No More book encourages you to go the natural route of dealing with your acne. For those of you who like to avoid chemicals and medications, it’s definitely a good option to consider.

The Healthy Diet

The diet promoted in the Acne No More book is all natural, with a focus on eating foods that will detoxify your body. It’s definitely a good idea to avoid unnatural, processed, and artificial foods, and any diet that promotes healthy eating is good in my book!

We’re Not Too Fond Of

No Information on Mike Walden

Whenever I can’t find information on the author of a program like this, it definitely makes me hesitate to buy it. I want to know what makes Mike an authority on the subject, as well as why there is no information on him available.

The Bad Reviews

While many of the reviews of the Acne No More book were positive, there were a few negative reviews – two of which were posted above. The reviews weren’t bad enough to make us avoid the program, but it’s important that you know what to expect when going into the program.

Conclusion

We would call this a “try at your own risk” sort of deal. While it can help with cases of easy acne, we don’t feel it would be very helpful for those of us with severe acne.
