The author of the program is a man named Mike Walden, a man who doesn’t seem to exist. He has a Twitter page (@Acne_no_More), but that’s the extent of his digital footprint. I spent quite a while trying to find any proof that Mike Walden is an actual person, but it seems to be more of a fictional persona or pen name than anything else.
So, this leaves me asking the question: what makes Mike Walden the authority on acne that he needs to be to write this book? Does he know what he’s talking about or not? Never a good thing when you can’t find out about the creator of a product like this!
A Look at Acne No More
Acne No More is a book that’s meant to help you deal with your acne problems. Not only can it help you to get rid of any current acne outbreaks, but the content of the book is supposed to teach your what you need to know about preventing pimples in the future.

What We Think of Acne No More
Overall, the program does look like a pretty good option to help you deal with your acne. There is a lot of sound advice in the book, and though it may be hard to follow through, the advice it contains can be useful for dealing with acne.
However acne can be a difficult issue to overcome and this book doesn’t even begin to cover the harder aspects of the health problem that acne is. Sure, a good diet will help you clear acne, but it doesn’t always make it go away.

The Natural Treatment
Instead of promoting the use of medications or ointments, the Acne No More book encourages you to go the natural route of dealing with your acne. For those of you who like to avoid chemicals and medications, it’s definitely a good option to consider.
The Healthy Diet
The diet promoted in the Acne No More book is all natural, with a focus on eating foods that will detoxify your body. It’s definitely a good idea to avoid unnatural, processed, and artificial foods, and any diet that promotes healthy eating is good in my book!

No Information on Mike Walden
Whenever I can’t find information on the author of a program like this, it definitely makes me hesitate to buy it. I want to know what makes Mike an authority on the subject, as well as why there is no information on him available.
The Bad Reviews
While many of the reviews of the Acne No More book were positive, there were a few negative reviews – two of which were posted above. The reviews weren’t bad enough to make us avoid the program, but it’s important that you know what to expect when going into the program.
We would call this a “try at your own risk” sort of deal. While it can help with cases of easy acne, we don’t feel it would be very helpful for those of us with severe acne.
